A Note From the Principal

Welcome to a new school year at The Learning Center, where our mission is to educate all students to become academically proficient and socially responsible. I am Teresa Merwin, the principal of The Learning Center. With over 25 years in education, I’ve served as a classroom teacher, school site administrator, and district administrator. I’m proud to be part of the GSD Admiral family.

The Learning Center includes a variety of alternative learning programs. No matter the program or circumstances, our goal is to ensure that every student receives the academic and behavioral support needed to succeed. We are excited for another great year and value your support and feedback along the way.
